SOLICITOR AGREEMENT

This Limited Scope Representation Agreement (“Solicitor Agreement”) governs your relationship with the independent immigration solicitor (“Solicitor”) who will review your immigration documents before they are delivered to you by UKCheckedIn.com (“UKCheckedIn” or “us”, “our”).

As part of its Services, UKCheckedIn has made arrangements with an independent immigration solicitor (attorney) to perform a limited review of the information provided by its customers before the assessments are delivered to the UKCheckedIn customers. The solicitor is an independent practitioner. He will exercise his independent judgment as a solicitor, without influence or control by us.

THIS SOLICITOR AGREEMENT GOVERNS YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE SOLICITOR, AND YOU AND THE SOLICITOR ARE HEREBY ENTERING INTO A LIMITED ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP. THUS, WE ADVISE YOU TO CAREFULLY REVIEW THE TERMS OF THIS SOLICITOR AGREEMENT. BY PURCHASING THE APPLICABLE SERVICE WHICH INCLUDES THE SOLICITOR SERVICES, YOU INDICATE YOUR CONSENT TO THE TERMS OF THIS SOLICITOR AGREEMENT, INCORPORATED IN THE TERMS OF USE, WHICH SHALL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU DURING THE TIME OF SUCH PURCHASE. THE SOLICITOR AGREES TO CONDUCT A BASIC ASSESSMENT BASED ON THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE PROVIDED THROUGH OUR ONLINE FORM AND ASSESS YOUR ELIGIBILITY FOR A VISA OR THE SOLICITOR WILL CONDUCT A CONSULTATION MEETING, AS APPLICABLE (“SOLICITOR SERVICES”).

You hereby warrant you understand, acknowledge and agree that:

(1) The Solicitor is not UKCheckedIn’s agent or representative. UKCheckedIn activity does not include UK immigration services or advise, or any other legal services, which, where applicable, the Solicitor may provide to you directly.

(2) The Solicitor is an independent practitioner and the Solicitor will exercise his independent judgment as an attorney, without influence or control by UKCheckedIn will not interfere with the independence or professional judgment of the Consultant, and shall not bear responsibility in this regard.

(3) In consideration to a flat fee UKCheckedIn provides the Solicitor on your behalf, the Solicitor will provide you with the following services: (i) conduct a limited initial review and assessment regarding your eligibility to immigrate to the UK; or (ii) provide you with personal advice by means of communications we make available, for example, conducting an online Zoom meeting. The Solicitor will not provide, nor be obligated to provide, any additional services, including submission of documents or otherwise representing you before any regulatory authority, agency or court procedure. For any additional services or legal work, you may request the Solicitor with information and, where applicable and at the Solicitor’s sole discretion, execute a separate agreement with the Solicitor, however, the provisions of this Solicitor Agreement shall not apply to any such additional service.

(4) You are entitled to terminate the attorney-client relationship at any time however, refunds with regards to the Solicitor Services are subject to UKCheckedIn termination and refund policies, as detailed under UKCheckedIn Terms of Use. Please be advised that, as part of UKCheckedIn arrangement with the Solicitor, in addition to the flat fee detailed above, UKCheckedIn may also pay the Solicitor consideration for the purpose of ensuring the Solicitor will make available to clients we refer with sufficient time, availability and resources. These additional considerations are not charged from you.

(5) As the services provided by the Solicitor are based solely on the information you provide, it is your responsibility and obligation to provide full, accurate and up to date information. It is hereby clarified that the Solicitor will not conduct any independent review or investigation of the information you will provide, including with regards to its accuracy, and will rely on it ‘as-is’. In any event, the Solicitor is not, and hereby disclaiming any obligation related to a favorable result, and specifically, that you will be entitled or otherwise obtain a permit or visa due to the Solicitor Services.

(6) By entering this Solicitor Agreement, you acknowledge that certain information applicable to the Solicitor Services, and certain information related to the service provided by UKCheckedIn, will be shared between the Solicitor as further detailed in our Privacy Policy.

I have read this Solicitor Agreement and understand it. By clicking on the “I agree”, “submit” or similar box, or by purchasing a Package (as defined in the Terms of Use), I indicate my consent to the terms of this agreement, that the legal services described above are the only legal services to be provided by the Solicitor, and that the Solicitor is not required to assist or represent me in any further or other legal matters. I understand that the fee of the immigration packages includes my payment for the services of the Solicitor (“Solicitor Fee”). I agree that the amount of the Solicitor Fee may be taken from the purchase price I paid for the Services. I understand and agree that the Solicitor may receive additional compensation from UKCheckedIn beyond the Solicitor Fee, but that I am not responsible to pay any such additional compensation.

By consenting to the terms of this Agreement, I expressly grant UKCheckedIn permission to receive, store, forward, and review communications between myself and the Solicitor, solely for the purpose of facilitating such communications and the Solicitor Services. I understand that UKCheckedIn has agreed to keep such communications and the information contained therein confidential to at least the same level of privacy as required by the Solicitor under the applicable laws and rules.
